Start with our Beginner Level 'Build-up' Classes
Our CrossFit Phenom 'Build-Up' Program is a 6 class series held over 2 weeks. Classes are every Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. During this 2 week series you will learn all the Fundamentals of CrossFit and our awesome Coaches will teach you the movements with correct form and prepare you for joining our mixed level classes.
